The most common procedure is the insertion of medical grade silicone implants through an incision in the groove or crease below the breast or around the areola. How is the recovery?

During recovery you must wear a special bra 24 hours a day for thirty days. You should not raise your arms above the shoulder line to avoid displacement of the implant. Afterwards, you should avoid carrying heavy things, more than 10 kilos. It is not necessary to be lying down and in absolute rest.
